has your ultrasound tech ever been wrong about how far along you are?

i think mine was wrong… she made a lot of mistakes.
she said she thinks im only 4 weeks, BUT we saw the heart beating which is pretty much impossible at only 4 weeks, and i compared my ultrasound pix with other womens and is looks MUCH more like 5 weeks.
