how do you get cursors on anything but myspace?

I had Norton Confidential uninstalled & now my toolbars are gone?

The toolbars that are gone, but still installed on my computer are Yahoo, EBay and CafeMom & McAffee Site Adviser. My subscription to Norton Confidential expired and I decided not to renew. I uninstalled Confidential and when I did all my toolbars disappeared. I cannot figure out how to get them back. Clicking on View, Toolbars and they are not there either. I am trying to find an online resource to site the dangers of this. A woman on cafemom has been told to use either of these to remove permanent marker from her child’s skin. Apparently the kid wrote ALL OVER herself. I cannot find anything to prove to her that it is dangerous to put this stuff on her toddler.
