What are the weird number boxes on peoples bebo pages?

Recently Ive noticed little squares on most my friends bebo pages. They have two lines, each line with two numbers on them. I thought they might be symbols that I need to install onto my computer? If so how do I get them and what are they likely to be of? thanks in advance
